Refund policy
Returns are free. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags. We suggest that you keep the original packaging the shirts came in and reuse those for returns in order to minimize waste and return shipping costs.
To start a return, please contact us at spinyourrowel@rowelwestern.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at spinyourrowel@rowelwestern.com and we will gladly exchange the shirt if we have the requested item in stock.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment for the amount of purchase minus shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct a nominal $8 return shipping fee. If you request a refund after requesting an exchange, we will deduct a nominal $5 return shipping fee for one item, or $8 for two or more items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
